All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and a separate service agreement that will be provided at the time of service.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any person or property at our sole discretion.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

MyPestHelp offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on eligible services. If the treated pest problem returns within 30 days of service, we will return to re-treat at no additional charge. This guarantee is subject to the following conditions:

• The guarantee applies only to the specific pest type treated during the original service visit
• You must notify us within the 30-day period to be eligible for a return visit
• The guarantee does not apply if conditions at the property have changed materially, or if re-infestation has occurred due to new entry points not present or not disclosed at the time of original service
• The guarantee does not cover new or different pest infestations not addressed in the original service

5. Payment & Pricing

Pricing for our services will be provided prior to service commencement. All prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, cash, and other payment methods as indicated at the time of booking.

Free inspections are available as advertised; however, an inspection does not obligate you to purchase any service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MyPestHelp, its officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim arising from services provided shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We are not responsible for property damage caused by pre-existing structural issues, inaccessible areas, or conditions not disclosed at the time of service.

Our website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
